'Fit For Purpose: Strong. Does What it says on the tin.

This is a small class for a reason. The exercises are designed to be done in a much more controlled environment so that technique and posture can be corrected thoroughly throughout.

The aim of the class is to strip down each individual exercise ensuring that our muscles and joints are working correctly and efficiently. These functional exercises will make you stronger from the inside out which in turn will help prevent injury and help improve athletic ability.

This class will feel more like a personal training session and will be much more relaxed that the higher intensity classes you may be used to. I cannot promise that you won’t get a sweat on though! Using lots of muscles to perform individual exercises can be a tough gig!
