I'm Andy Dockrell. With almost 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am an old school Personal Trainer, with new school ideas.

I use techniques that ensure that every class or PT session I deliver, there is a focus, and more importantly, the element of FUN!

I have seen the industry change many times over the last two decades but in my opinion the one common denominator will always be the word ‘Personal’ and sadly the latest trends in the industry have meant that this word has become clouded!

With social media playing a massive part, everyone appears to be striving to look the same way, to train with the same kit and sadly we are blind to the sacrifices, and lengths that these social media high rollers go to, to get the ‘perfect’ picture or video.

I want to lead the revolution to get everyone back on track to achieving their own personal goals!

To find the simple things in life that being fitter, stronger and healthier would benefit, whether it be training for a sporting event as an athlete or just a beginner, or maybe just wanting to be able to run around with your kids without getting out of breath.

My classes are structured to cater for as many people as possible and will always incorporate variations from beginner to pro. Whereas my Personal Training sessions will focus on the needs of the individual… I do not believe in a ‘One size fits all’ From a nutritional point of view, I like to keep it simple, looking at day to day food and drink intake and working out simple changes to make big differences!
